Crownline uses all custom, color-matched canvas.
Canvas pieces are cut and assembled similarly to that of the stringer systems, using computerized machines for an exact custom fit every time.

The clear plastic of the front connector, and side and aft curtains, is 30 gauge material, thicker than most of our competitors, and stitching is wax coated to resist deterioration from the sun, and to resist rot.
